Pieter Kraan

Pieter is a seasoned partner with a diverse background in entrepreneurial, advisory and senior management roles. His management career trajectory is marked by positions in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector at SGS in Hamburg, New York and Jakarta and Chairman of the Managing Board at the Holding for the subsidiaries of RWTÜV. With over two decades of M&A expertise, Pieter has orchestrated numerous transactions across various industries. He leads our Services Team and is also active in all kinds of engineering, manufacturing and basic industries. Pieter has also developed specific expertise in finding entrepreneurial executives and MBI candidates for private equity firms and other investors. His multilingual proficiency in German, English, Dutch, and Spanish enables him to navigate seamlessly across diverse business landscapes, fostering effective communication and collaboration across international ventures.
